Good morning, Shinjuku!

(There was a mix-up! This should have come out earlier than the post on St Mary’s Cathedral since it happened before I saw the Cathedral.)

The bus spit me out in Shinjuku. Shinjuku is what many people think of when they think of Tokyo. It is busy, busy, busy. It has Tokyo’s most famous red-light district, Kabuki-cho, it has the busiest train station in the world, many companies have their headquarters here, the city’s government is housed here (the twin tower basking in golden light below), loads of university’s sit here, and it has amazing skyscrapers!
